One day study of APSRTC
well today is so strenuous day for me but at the same time i came to know some facts regarding abt APSRTC and it's administration...well it is not good on my apart to pay emphasis on -ve points of that but i want to make some points which u can think of for smal time
As all ppl know APSRTC is largest in world with more than 1 lakh employees and we can think of administration as it should so difficult too but when it is serving lakhs of ppl it should be so careful and point to point administaration but i could see nothing professionalism in them.
Today a small incident happened in depot(i do't want to mention it's name as it is not my part to do that)one C.I had exchanged some words with NMU(National Mazdur Union) leader of that depot immediately he gathered all the NMU members and made slogans against him and stopped buses for nearly 1 hr delayed(These things might hapened on an overage every day).I think this is the one of the reasons for triubling passenger.No pactuality is mainted by many of the employees........i know this topic may be boring for u ppl but these are the things that should be knowing for especially hyderabadis........if u wanna more post ur comments ............

it happens sometimes in depots. friction between management- unions, supervisors- workers. reason for that days friction might not be that sole incident. number of incidents in the previous days or months consolidated inthe minds of unions later ignited by a simple incident like this. but it should alwayes be the priority item for depot management not to give such simple match stick type issues in the hands of unions.
